What’s the size and material of the custom socks?
Our socks are a unisex tube sock style, made from 98% polyester, 2% elastane and size 42cm x 9.5cm. We recommend that they fit UK Men Size 6.5 – 9.5 and UK Women 6 – 9.
How long will it take to get my custom socks?
Once your order is placed we aim to print and ship your socks within 2 – 3 working days. Once shipped please allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery via Royal Mail. Find out more about delivery here.
Can I make special requests?
Yes, that’s not a problem. You can leave notes and special requests about your order by checking the ‘Add a note about your photo’ check box just below the photo upload box on the product page. Unfortunately, we can’t always guarantee that special requests will be fulfilled.
Refund and Returns?
As all orders and products are created and personalised just for you we’re unable to accept refunds or returns. However, if there is a fault or issue with your order please get in touch by emailing help@haveyouseenmysocks.co.uk and quoting your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I take care of my socks?
We recommend that you wash your socks inside out, in temperatures no higher than 30℃, avoid bleach and hang dry them to ensure they are kept looking their best
How do I make a return?
We can accept returns on products that are unused, in original packaging and aren’t personalised. To arrange a return please contact us by emailing help@haveyouseenmysocks.co.uk quoting your order number. Please view our returns and refund and return policy here.
Are there restrictions on photos I can use?
We’re unable due to copyright restrictions to use, photos of celebrities, characters, logos and symbols that you don’t own the copyright to.
We also reserve the right to refuse images that are threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, contains profanity, in breach of confidence or in breach of privacy.
Don’t worry if we notice any possible issues with the photo you uploaded, we’ll get in touch with you asap.
What makes a good photo?
A great photo to use with our custom socks:
1. Is well lit, avoids shadows. Natural lighting works best.
2. Is close up, with the entire face and hair showing, this will allow us to get a good crop of the face.
3. Doesn’t feature individuals touching heads or close to each other.
4. Doesn’t crop or cut your subject’s face at the sides or corners.
5. Isn’t using blurry or an overhead photo.
6. High-Resolution images work best.
Unfortunately due to copyright restrictions, photos of celebrities, characters, logos, and symbols that you don’t own the copyright to can’t be used.
